Established in 2016, Namibia Diverse Women's Association (NDWA) is a young feminist organisation that advances the Rights, Protection and Socio-Economic Development of Sexual & Gender Diverse Women in Namibia.

NDWA envisions a society where all women in their diversity have equality and equity in human rights and socio-economic development.

NDWA aims to work with persons who identify within and beyond their sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sexual characteristics as women, girls and trans-diverse persons. NDWA shall advance to strengthen a collective women’s, girls and trans diverse movement that envisions gender equality as systematically realized by the achievement of human rights for all through facilitating women’s leadership, socio-economic development and social rights.
